Roland Cocker has provided expert witness reports, been available for court appearance and has attended meetings with solicitors and barristers both for briefings and for on-site discovery investigations.
He has acted as expert witness for civil and criminal law cases and within the jurisdictions of England, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Greece and Chile.
The actions covered clains for injury and damages and criminal and regulatory prosecutions and variously for plaintiffs and defendants. Relevant expertise has included microbiology, chemistry, physics, hygienic engineering, analytical, food safety and quality procedures and standards, auditing, and process knowledge and experience of a very wide variety of product types.
The largest case to date was in Anglo-Saxon law and was for the defendant in the High Court of Ireland, against a claim of over EUR 90m.
